So its time for my weekly weigh in. My starting weight was 365 pounds on July 24th, 2010. I didn’t fully start getting healthy but was making changes. Now I’m weighing in weekly and making many changes.

Last weeks weigh in was 323 pounds.

This week I started drinking a smoothie every morning for breakfast with a fruit.

This morning I weighed myself and I am down to 317.2 pounds! 5.8 pounds in a week! My biggest loss in a week yet! And I’m still eating healthy, Small exercise nothing hardcore yet.
